Cam Ellis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy industry, particularly in development, financing, and M&A. He has held key roles both as outside counsel and in-house with private and publicly traded companies, such as Locke Lord and New Fortress Energy. Currently, Cam serves as General Counsel for WaveCrest Energy, advising on global legal matters and strategic initiatives. His deep industry knowledge and leadership skills make him a valuable asset to our board as he provides pro bono advisory services to our M&A firm.
