Robert brings over 30 years of executive leadership (CEO, COO and CRO) and business growth advisory and consulting experience to Graystone International. He had been for many years in highly acquisitive and successful ASSA ABLOY Group which is famous for its over 550 successful M&A projects. Robert has been partnering with various PE companies holding both executive and board non-executive roles. He has led companies between $5M to $140M (line responsibility) and to $1.5 Billion (functional responsibility). As a busine ss consultant Robert has been helping multiple companies in rapid increase of their enterprise valuation through eliminating their revenue rollercoasters and strengthening their predictable revenue growth. He is very focused on building strong, productive and customer centric sales teams that are focused on adding value for their clients at every step of the business relationship.
