Heather is a Senior Broker with years of experience in contract management, negotiations, and commodity brokering. While in school she studied Environmental Science leading her to specialize in the trade and environmental industries. In addition to the M&A process, Heather’s work experience involves helping small to medium sized businesses refine their processes and sales programs for optimal performance and longevity. Her 20+ year career extends across business strategy, critical thinking, business development, operations, and corporate sustainability. Heather has a passion for serving others and is a long-time dedicated volunteer and advocate for her local community.

Educated as an architect and a licensed attorney, with over 30 years of transactional business and legal experience, Gerry is well equipped to handle most any business related transactional scenarios that might arise. Gerry’s work experiences include worldwide law firms, privately owned multi-billion dollar companies as well as publicly traded REIT’s, giving him vast amounts of experience in areas such as law, risk mitigation, operations, scheduling, budgeting, financing, and acquisitions. Gerry prides himself on his ability to maintain project integrity, from conception to closing, and developing creative solutions to achieve success for every client and every project.
