CEO
Nathan Teinert began his career in mergers and acquisitions and has since concluded numerous high-profile transactions across a broad range of sectors. Nathan has built a professional network of investors that offers Graystone clients an unparalleled selling experience. During his professional life, Nathan has worked across multiple borders; this international experience adds depth to his understanding of diverse M&A engagements. Nathan’s role as a corporate leader and a key driver in the development of his own group of companies means he brings a great deal of both technical and first-hand experience in all aspects of a corporate transaction. Nathan brings a go-giver, measured, and structured approach to team development, and can conceptualize creative and value-generating structures to best enable a corporate transaction to succeed and team development to thrive.

Heather is a Senior Broker with years of experience in contract management, negotiations, and commodity brokering. While in school she studied Environmental Science leading her to specialize in the trade and environmental industries. In addition to the M&A process, Heather’s work experience involves helping small to medium sized businesses refine their processes and sales programs for optimal performance and longevity. Her 20+ year career extends across business strategy, critical thinking, business development, operations, and corporate sustainability. Heather has a passion for serving others and is a long-time dedicated volunteer and advocate for her local community.
GERRY MULLINS, J.D.
SENIOR BROKER
Educated as an architect and a licensed attorney, with over 30 years of transactional business and legal experience, Gerry is well equipped to handle most any business related transactional scenarios that might arise. Gerry’s work experiences include worldwide law firms, privately owned multi-billion dollar companies as well as publicly traded REIT’s, giving him vast amounts of experience in areas such as law, risk mitigation, operations, scheduling, budgeting, financing, and acquisitions. Gerry prides himself on his ability to maintain project integrity, from conception to closing, and developing creative solutions to achieve success for every client and every project.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CEO
Casey is a Graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Global Arts, Planning, and Design and minors in Business Administration and Graphic Design. Her experience in design, marketing, SEO, branding, project coordination and scheduling bring an unmatched skill set to the M&A table.
